Farewell to Cottage Life!

Oh, sweet humble little cottage..... how we love thee.  Thank you for being our temporary home while we waited for our new house.  We are grateful for your shelter, security, a place where we could lay our heads down to rest.  Thank you for giving our little boys the little space to play, and the tub they enjoyed bathing in together.  We will always be fond of you in that woodsy, wood panel, creaky floors, "roughing it up a bit" kind of way!  You were after all, the site for Brad's 40th celebration, and where our little Jax first started crawling!!!  And let's not forget all the creative ways the boys had fun while we lived there!  These gray storage bins were our laundry baskets we took to the laundromat!:

Oh dear cottage, we are grateful to you in so many ways,  but truth be told I will not miss your musty smell, living out of a suitcase (no closets!),  your kitchen and counter space lack of, and the middle of night crackly thunder wakings that always jolted me awake!  Now, its time for you to experience other cottage guests..... since our move out of the cottage, we've had friends or renters there every weekend :)   Sweet, humble, little cottage, you are loved, but will not be missed!
