The Buffalo Botanical Gardens
Loved it. Will definitely be coming back especially next March/ April. The flowers, plants, and trees were very beautiful and so tropical! It was very warm in there too, especially the children's garden where they got to play in the sandbox
Erie Zoo
Our hundredth visit or so….. this is always a favorite of ours any time of the year. It was a no-jacket-kind-of-day so we seized it by going the zoo. The animals were really excited about the temperature change too, they were all out! Do you see what I mean about the brown??

We also met friends and visited the Erie Experience Children's Museum on the Friday before Spring Break.

The week of Spring Break (last week of March), the weather kept warming up….. and the boys finally got to play outside on their playground without needing a winter coat!
They were really excited! So were we!
A few weeks after, on another non-Spring chilly day, I took the boys to the Buffalo Museum of Natural History to see their dinosaur exhibit. Its a great museum with plenty of fun, but I hated the location. Right smack in the middle of the ghetto :-(
